Pie provides AI marketing services to local businesses via apps, websites, and
cloud solutions. Users create accounts with accurate information and are
responsible for account security and all activity under their credentials. The
services are provided "as is" without warranties; liability is capped at the
greater of three months of fees or $250; and disputes proceed through individual
binding arbitration rather than class actions.

**Governing law / venue:** Federal Arbitration Act with Delaware or federal law;
court proceedings (where arbitration doesn't apply) in Houston, Texas.
